Welcome to Uraio.com. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully, as they constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Client,” “User,” or “you”) and Uraio (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

  1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, along with any additional terms and policies referenced within, including our Privacy Policy. These Terms may be updated periodically, and continued use of our services signifies your acceptance of any revisions. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly.

  1. Services Provided

Uraio provides web hosting, reseller hosting, and other related digital services. The services provided are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time, with or without notice.

  1. Account Registration and Responsibilities

You are required to create an account to use our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities occurring under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify us immediately.

  1. Acceptable Use Policy

Users are expected to use our services responsibly and agree to the following:

•	Prohibited Content: You may not host content that is illegal, obscene, defamatory, abusive, infringing, or promotes hate speech, violence, or illegal activities.
•	Prohibited Activities: Users may not engage in hacking, distributing malware, phishing, spamming, or any activity that compromises our network integrity or security.
•	Resource Use: Accounts must use resources within the limitations specified in their plan. Excessive resource consumption that affects server performance may lead to temporary suspension or additional fees.
  1. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

We aim to provide a minimum of 99.9% uptime. Scheduled maintenance and outages due to factors beyond our control, such as third-party service issues, are excluded from this SLA. Downtime compensation is not available for these excluded events.

  1. Billing and Payments

    • Billing Cycle: Services are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis, depending on your plan. • Payment Methods: Accepted payment methods include credit card, bank transfer, and other online payment options listed on our site. • Late Payment: Accounts with overdue payments are subject to suspension or termination. Late fees may apply for payments that remain unpaid beyond the due date.

  2. Refund Policy

Uraio offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for initial subscriptions. Refunds are not provided for renewals, upgrades, or add-on services. Cancellations must be requested through your account dashboard within the refund period to qualify.

  1. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, technology, and services provided by Uraio are protected by intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works based on our content or technology without our express written permission.

  1. Data Privacy and Security

Your data privacy and security are important to us. Our handling of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and store personal information. We implement industry-standard security measures, but we cannot guarantee absolute security.

  1. Limitations of Liability

    • General Limitation: Uraio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to data loss, profit loss, or service interruption. • Service Interruptions: We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not responsible for outages caused by factors beyond our control. • Maximum Liability: Uraio’s liability for damages under these Terms is limited to the amount paid by the user for the affected service during the prior 12 months.

  2. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Uraio, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from user content or violation of these Terms.

  1. Termination and Suspension of Services

    • Termination by User: Users may terminate their service at any time through their account dashboard. Terminations are effective at the end of the current billing cycle. • Termination by Uraio: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts for violations of these Terms or any activity that poses a security or legal risk to our network or other users. • Data Access After Termination: Upon termination, access to your data will be restricted. Uraio is not responsible for data retention or retrieval following termination.

  2. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through informal negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration, conducted under the rules of the [Arbitration Body/Association] in [Jurisdiction].

  1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any legal action must be filed within Federal Republic of Nigeria,.
